This year artists and makers from North to South Uist are opening their studio doors at 20 venues throughout the month of July. Click the venue numbers on the map for more details and see the list of associated events, including workshops, an open mike poetry session and children’s activity days. There’s a lot to choose from – we look forward to seeing you there!

Artists and crafts-people have been working hard through the year to be ready to welcome you, turning the Southern Isles into one big art and craft gallery. If you haven’t been before, the talents of our islanders will surprise and delight you, and if you have – you will be interested to see how our artists are developing and what the new artists on the trail have to show. All the exhibitions and studios have free entry and everyone is welcome. Small charges are made for the workshops.
